When placing your order, you can indicate a preference for the carrier. We will do our best to ensure that your choice is respected.

Shipping

Our parcels are prepared within 24 hours of your order. They are then ready to be picked up by our carrier.

If your item has an element of customisation or is made to measure, additional time may be required for preparation and dispatch.

Delivery times

Delivery times are specific to each product, taking into account their location and/or manufacture. Please note that these delivery times are indicative and are subject to change (covid context, strikes, etc.). If you wish to have a precise date, please send us an e-mail to service@care-and-you.com indicating the product you want and our team will give you the exact delivery time.

Standard delivery: 15 to 20 working days.

Secure delivery: 15 to 20 working days.

You can select the delivery method of your choice at the checkout (after entering your delivery details).

Standard delivery is always free of charge, secure delivery is subject to a charge (price varies depending on the product).

We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible without being damaged on the way from our warehouse to your address.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the time you receive your order. To make a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, to make a return, please let us know by email at service@care-and-you.com.

Note: Hygiene products are not eligible for return if they have been used / removed from the packaging.

Exchanges

We will replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. We can also exchange the same item if there is a size problem within 30 days of receiving your order.
